Welcome to AUCCS, we partner with adolescents, adults, and couples on their healing journey. Acknowledge U Counseling and Consulting Services is a team of Licensed Mental Health Counselors, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Registered Interns who are based near Jacksonville, Florida and serve the entire states of Florida and Georgia. Our trained Mental Health Therapists support and guide our clients to navigate their life challenges. We offer mental health therapy services in-person & online. Our Story

AUCCS was founded in the hearts of Co-founders, Charlene Smith, LMHC and Takiyah Joseph, LCSW in 2021. AUCCS was birthed in 2022 with a shared desire to intentionally create an environment where our clients can experience true compassion, emotional safety, and healing.

Our vision at Acknowledge U Counseling and Consulting Services is to consistently create a safe environment for our clients & partners to experience authentic self-awareness, personal insight, breakthrough, and healing. Our team at Acknowledge U Counseling and Consulting Services desires to serve the community as a hub for individuals, couples, families, and organizations to have direct and easy access to a knowledgeable and experienced sounding board to better the overall health of our households and society at large.
